Before a training program is implemented, preliminary detailed customer profiling and fitness tests are done to line out your requirements. During fitness sessions and periodic testing, data is collected and plotted into graphs so that you will be able to clearly visualize your progress.
Special sport-specific drills are incorporated into these programs to enhance those muscle groups that are involved in specific movements related to your sport. Depending upon your performance needs, the program includes agility drills, plyometrics (specialized exercises to increase power and speed), interval training, strength training, speed training, and prehab that can reduce the risk of injuries before they happen.
